1. Which app do I download to operate this bulb？
This ZigBee Smart bulb it works with many Zigbee light link Gateways, like Philips Hue, Amazon Echo Plus, OSRAM /Samsung SmartThings.
If you have any one of these Gateways or hue in your home, then pls directly download the gateways device app to control the bulb.
Here we kindly suggest you download Philip Hue,it will work better and easily operation. thanks.
2. Does this ZigBee bulb work with Alexa?
Yes, The ZigBee bulb works with Alexa . This Gu10 Spotlight compatible with ZigBee Gateway. New generation of ZigBee Gu10 spotlights work with the ZLL standard and are therefore compatible with the most common gateways.
Compatible with Home, Osram Lightify, IKEA Tradfri or Amazon Echo Plus.
The ZigBee bulb works with Alexa too, it needs a Hue bridge.
